Gasper penina Brut (Gasper sparkling wine) is light, fresh and very drinkable. It's produced only from Chardonnay grapes with secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks - charmat method. This sparkling wine is very natural and has a lot of primary aromas thanks to special production technique. On the palate is lively and harmonious, what make this wine nice to combine with lighter starters or just as an aperitif.
